Our client, an award-winning residential developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to oversee a prestigious project consisting of high value housing and low rise apartments. This multi-phase, high-end residential development requires a dedicated professional to lead the technical aspects, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of a complex development incorporating housing and apartment led elements, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical aspects align with project goals and standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the developer’s high standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all technical work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and health and safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, technical specifications, and compliance reports.
